Frequent Shopper Rewards

Frequent Shopper Reward Points are just one of our special ways of saying "thank you" for your business.  The program was started many years ago and, although minor changes have been made, all credits issued over the years are still valid.

PANDORA Jewelry is not a part of the Frequent Shopper Rewards program.

How do I earn Frequent Shopper Reward Points?
Reward Points are automatically tallied each time a qualifying purchase is made.  Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point for every qualifying dollar spent.  Points are issued on regularly priced merchandise purchases only.  Points are not issued on sale, off-price and/or close-out merchandise nor are they issued on purchases from restricted vendors or restricted and/or exclusive merchandise.  Please either check the specific product information or inquire if you have specific questions regarding points.

How do I use my Frequent Shopper Reward Points?
Once you have accumulated 250 points, you are rewarded with a $25 credit toward your next purchase.  Credits may be applied incrementally with every 250 points that you earn and they may be applied toward any item from our store.  Your point total from any purchase will appear at the bottom of your receipt and you may also find your accumulated point total by logging on to your account.

When making a purchase, your available credits will appear as a possible form of payment.

Note:  Reward Points are both a "thank you" and an incentive toward your next purchase.  They are not to be understood as a discount.  They may not be redeemed for cash and, unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase an item and use the points that would be earned from that purchase toward the same purchase.

How do I use the old Frequent Shopper Points that I have?
If you have shopped with us for years, you likely have a stash of paper Frequent Shopper Points.  These may be redeemed at any time when making a purchase either by bringing them in to the store or by mailing them to us with the receipts attached.  Regardless of the number of points that you have, these old points will be applied to your order at the rate of $2.50 per point.
