Whether you shop by web, phone, post office or in person, First Capitol Trading values your trust and will respect your privacy.  Any personal information collected through our site is kept confidential and secure.  We will not sell, trade, or give away any personal information that we receive about any of our customers.  We will use the information we receive only to process your orders and to facilitate your shopping experience.  We may monitor customer activity and site usage to help us better serve you.  In addition, in order to keep you informed about product news, special offers, and other products or services of interest, we may send such information via postal mail, email or telephone, based on the contact information you provide.  We promise not to plague you with unwanted junk mail, phone calls and email and we will always do our best to respect all the privacy that you request.

Some purchases require us to register your contact information with a third party vendor.  For example, individual club memberships or limited edition registrations and redemptions require that we collect and forward your information to the specific club or manufacturer's vendor for processing.  In such cases we forward only the minimum required information.  We cannot, however, be held liable for the privacy policies of these third party vendors.
