Damages and Mistakes
If the merchandise we shipped arrives damaged, please accept our apologies. We do everything that we can to minimize the problem and we insure every shipment, but almost everything that we sell can break. If it happens to you, please call us immediately at (800) 582-4895.
We will process the insurance claim and either send a replacement or refund your costs (including shipping) as you request. In most cases the shipping agent will pick the damaged merchandise up from you, otherwise, we will provide return instructions. Damage claims, however, can only be processed within 10 days of package delivery. After 10 days, damaged returns will not be accepted.
If we made a mistake in your order or your product was defective, we're sorry. Despite our best efforts it can and does happen. Please call us within 30 days at (800) 582-4895 and we will either arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you or we will provide return instructions for the mistake and promptly correct your order or refund your costs as you request.
All Other Returns
Any regularly priced, unused, non-personalized item may be returned by the purchaser within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Gift recipients may return any regularly priced, unused, non-personalized items within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures and/or certificates. Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the returning party.
Applicable refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was received. Any items purchased at a reduced price for sale, close-out, seasonal price reduction or any price other than the regular price, are not returnable and non-refundable. Any returnable items which are on sale or reduced in price through any or all of our sales channels at the time of return will be credited at the sale price unless accompanied by a sales receipt that verifies that the purchase qualifies for a refund at the regular price.

We do everything possible to completely process returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow adequate time - a minimum of 3 to 5 days for return transit, 2 to 3 days for us to process the return and issue a replacement or credit to your charge card, adequate time for shipment of a replacement, and/or possibly up to 3 or 4 weeks for a credit to appear on your monthly charge statement.
