Shipping Information

First Capitol Trading understands the importance of receiving your package on time. Our policy is to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Times

Most orders placed Monday - Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Please Note: Due to credit card company approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses do not match.

Transit Times

UPS 3 Day Select - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day.

UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time.

UPS Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Valid for all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. - Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations. Valid for the 48 contiguous states and limited addresses in Alaska, including Anchorage.

UPS Ground - Please reference the following chart for Transit Times to your location. The times displayed are the estimated number of business days it will take your order to arrive once the order has been shipped. Please allow extra time during the Holiday Season.

Tracking Your Package

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation by email, which will contain your package tracking information. To track your order status on our web site, you must sign onto your account.

Please Note: In some cases, items may be shipped directly from our vendor. These items may include special orders or over-sized items and these items may be shipped according to the vendor's preferences (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS). Automated tracking is not available for vendor shipped items at this time.

Backordered Items

Items listed as Backordered may not be currently in stock, but are expected to be so soon. Please allow an additional shipping time of up to 10 - 14 business days. We will contact you via email to let you know the estimated ship date.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International. We ship orders to the United States Territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses), the United Kingdom, Canada, and a wide variety of other countries around the world.

Please contact us to confirm that we are able to ship to your country.

Please Note: Size requirements for international shipping may require orders with multiple items be broken up into multiple shipments. Additional charges may then apply. You will be informed of the additional charges prior to your credit card being charged, and your items being shipped..

All orders are billed in U.S. dollars. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. First Capitol Trading makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Shipping Items with Different Availability

If your order contains items with different availabilities, free shipping will only apply to one shipment. Additional shipments will be billed at the standard rate for UPS Ground. If you wish, we can hold your entire order until all items are ready to ship, in which case free shipping would still apply.

Return Shipments

Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. First Capitol Trading will pay for return shipping in the event of an error in the order by crediting the customer account with the postage stated on the returned package.
